With extensive experience covering both education and industry, John has worked in the niche space of assisting young people explore the world of work, 'encouraging employers to view young people as an asset rather than a pain in the asset'.

Working alongside Visual Connections and ASGA for almost a decade, AusSIP has engaged with young people across Australia to explore the multiple opportunities in the signage industry.

This has included industry taster events, career expos, work placement and mentoring programs.
