Richard is the Managing Director of Precision Solution Group, a profit-for-purpose enterprise dedicated to combating critical security and humanitarian challenges on a global scale. The Group delivers specialised cyber services and technology in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Middle East, helping organisations manage risk, build trust, and maintain control of complex digital and intelligence systems.In addition, the Group directly combats cybercrime and the online exploitation of children across Southeast Asia in collaboration with law enforcement and non-government organisations.
Prior to this role, Richard served for more than 18 years as an officer in the Australian Army and the Special Air Service Regiment before moving into the private sector, where he gained commercial experience in the deal team at Pacific Equity Partners.
Richard was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for leadership on military operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
